The following FAQs help to explain some of the Toolkit Rewards Program’s terms and conditions. For more detail, please link to the Toolkit Program T&Cs (the “T&Cs”). In case of any conflict between the T&Cs and these FAQs, the T&Cs will take precedence and control.
- How Do I Sign Up for Toolkit?
To sign up for Toolkit is very easy: all you have to do is go into one of our locations and ask for Toolkit card and sign up. Once you've signed up at a participating locationand received your card, you should be able to earn points right away. You should receive your Welcome email with a link to verify your account and a valid email in one to two weeks after your sign up
- Where can I use my Toolkit membership card?
Your Toolkit rewards card can be used at all participating Pick-n-Pull locations as listed at www.picknpull.com.
- Can I redeem my $20 reward certificate for cash?
No, you may only use your $20 rewards certificate on qualified purchases.
- Can I get a replacement card if it is lost or misplaced?
No, we are unable to replace cards; however you can still earn all your points and take part in sales by either providing your phone number that is on your account or your Loyalty card number (if you don't know it, you can obtain it by contacting [email protected])
- How do I earn points?
As more fully explained in the T&Cs, you will generally earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Pick-n-Pull. Qualifying items are part sales, services, thrift store purchases and admissions. For a complete listing of items not earning points, click here.
- How do I make sure I’m getting credit for all my qualifying purchases?
Just present your card every time you pay for an admission or qualifying parts or service at a participating Pick-N-Pull location.
- Can I get points without buying anything?
No, points are only earned through qualifying purchases. Points are only applied to the member's card who pays for the purchase.
- Can I get points for things I have purchased in the past?
No, points are earned only as of the time you become a Toolkit Rewards member.
- Can I share my points with someone else?
No, rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for qualified purchases by the member to whom they were rewarded.
- Do I have to apply for the rewards certificate when I get to 350 points?
No, if you have a valid email address, you will receive an email from us with your $20 Rewards Certificate. When you obtain enough points to earn a Toolkit Rewards certificate, it will automatically be sent to your email that you provided when you signed up in the store or the email you verified online at www.picknpulltoolkit.com To view your account information or to change your information, click here. - Can the Toolkit Rewards Program be cancelled?
Yes, Pick-n-Pull reserves the right to discontinue or change the Toolkit Rewards Program (including any certificates) at any time without notice to Program members
- Can points be taken away from my account?
- Am I a member for life?
Pick-n-Pull reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed or if there is any unauthorized or misuse of this program.
- Can I earn points on Taxes Paid?
We do not issue points on taxes paid. For a complete listing of items not earning points, click here.
- What happens if I return something that I received points for?
During the refund process, we will ask to see your membership card and will deduct points earned from the transaction.
- What happens to my point total when I earn a Rewards Certificate?
Your account balance will show all the points you earn.
- Is everyone able to become a Toolkit Member?
No, there are eligibility requirements, as summarized in the T&Cs. Generally, employees/associates of Pick-n-Pull and their affiliated companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program. You must be at least 16 years old to qualify for a Toolkit Rewards member account.
- Can I save up my Toolkit Rewards certificates and use them together?
Yes, with certain exceptions and qualifications. Link to our T&Cs for that detail. Reward Certificates expire 90 days after being issued and the expiration date is noted on the Certificate.
- My Toolkit Rewards certificate has expired can I use it anyway?
No, Toolkit Rewards certificates MUST be used within the stated expiration date on the certificate.
- What happens if you lose electrical power when I’m making a purchase-Can I get my points anyway?
If our point of sale system is experiencing technical difficulties, points will not be able to be accrued. Please e-mail us a copy of your receipt with your full name (first and last) your Toolkit Loyalty number, and the email and phone number you used to sign up for the Program, to [email protected], and we will use our reasonable efforts to get the points applied to your account.
- I have a question on my account who can I see to get it answered?
